From South Carolina to Your Table
T&A's started with a love for BBQ, a passion for cooking, and a simple belief: great food has a way of bringing people together.
Originally from South Carolina, BBQ has always been close to home. But life in the Navy has taken us far beyond the Carolinas, and along the way, we’ve had the opportunity to taste BBQ from all over the country. Every region has its own traditions, techniques, and flavors—and we’ve loved discovering what makes each one unique.
As we traveled, we started bringing a little piece of South Carolina with us.
We began making Carolina-style BBQ sauces for friends who had never experienced the flavors of the Carolinas. What started as something we made for the people around me quickly became something we were passionate about. We loved experimenting, adjusting flavors, firing up the grill, and watching people enjoy something we had made from scratch.
Eventually, we decided to take it a step further.
Our Original BBQ Sauce was created by combining my favorite characteristics from three legendary BBQ traditions: Memphis, St. Louis, and Texas. The result is our own unique sauce—rich, bold, balanced, and made to complement great BBQ rather than overpower it.
But T&A's is about more than sauce.
It's about cooking for the people you love. It's about spending a Saturday afternoon around the smoker, gathering around the grill with friends, sharing a meal with family, and creating the kind of memories that happen when good food brings people together.
